We offer 'value for money' quality and also develop original merchandise, which cater to the increasing sophisticated customers' lifestyles. For instance, Isetan has created "CULTIVATION" and "CICADA", which offer wide range of ladies executive apparels, "CRESCENDO" offers elegant ladies wear, "Plus Size" and "Total Women" specially designed for larger sized women. For discerning customers who prefer imported designer-brands, there are also brands like POLO RALPH LAUREN, DKNY and BCBG are available at Isetan.

Isetan's 'customer first' guiding principal is embodied in all aspects of our services. In 1990, Isetan introduced an exclusive I-Club, which is our card member service center catering for all Isetan Member Card (IMC) holders on the latest happenings and events in Isetan.

At the same time, Isetan is also an active supporter of Malaysia's art and culture. We are very grateful to be given the opportunity to be a part of Malaysia's cultural scene.

In year 2007, Isetan set up its 3rd departmental store in The Gardens, MidValley (new shopping centre under Phase 2). Isetan occupied 150,000 sq ft and spread over four levels at The Gardens.
