IMC is a POINT ACCUMULATION CARD. During each purchase, please present your IMC card to the cashier for accumulation of points. Failure to do so will mean that amount spent will be deemed invalid. |

2. |
Membership to the IMC is RM 25 for 2 years. Members who would like to Go Green pay only RM 15 for 2 years’ membership. |

| |
3. |
Principal Regular Members will receive selected printed issues of the Isetan newsletter. Members who Go Green will receive a Short Message Service (SMS) with a PIN code, 7 days prior to issue launch to access the Newsletter on our website, instead of printed Newsletters. |

4. |
RM 5 is chargeable for every replacement of a lost or damaged card. |
| |
|
|
| |
5. |
RM10 will be charged for switching out of the Go Green campaign.
There will be no refund for Members who switch to the Go Green campaign after the membership fee has been paid.
The IMC Card is to be renewed every 2 years.
Application is open to those aged 13 and above.

6. |
A supplementary card can be made for the joint applicant
at no extra charge. However, only the main cardholder is
entitled to receive our mailers. |

7. |
The IMC card is valid at Isetan storewide except for the following counters: |

8. |
For every RM1 spent on normal merchandises, 1 bonus point will be awarded. Besides, 1 bonus point will be awarded to member who spent RM 10 on discounted or value buy merchandises as well. However, the IMC card is not valid for accumulation of points for Isetan Promotion Voucher* and government controlled items i.e. liquor, cigarette. |

9. |
The amount accumulated within the duration of a
promotion will be erased when the promotion expires.
For the next promotion, the accumulation will
BEGIN FROM NIL. |

10. |
Members are advised to keep all their receipts for 7
months of each promotion period to resolve any
discrepancy in the accumulated points. |

11. |
Bonus points which are not redeemed cannot be carried
forward to the next promotion period. |

Points can only be accumulated for purchases made within the same day. BACK DATED RECEIPTS ARE NOT VALID FOR POINT ACCUMULATION & PARKING COUPON. |

13. |
Redemption of rebate vouchers shall be made with the
submission of the official notification accompanied by
the Identification Card for verification. |

14. |
Please take note that this card is NOT TRANSFERABLE.
Points can be accumulated for purchases made by the
CARDHOLDER(S) ONLY. |

15. |
Staff of Isetan of Japan Sdn Bhd and promoters are not
eligible to apply and use the IMC card. |

16. |
Isetan of Japan Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the
privileges and the terms & conditions aligned from time to
time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. |
