What is The Table by Isetan App restaurant membership?
The Table by Isetan restaurant membership is a membership program that allows you to earn points, redeem rewards, receive member exclusive deals and promotions, and the restaurant’s latest news.
How do I sign up as a The Table by Isetan App member?
To sign up as a member, download The Table by Isetan App and register as a new user.
How do I earn The Table by Isetan App Reward Points (RP)?
Every RM1 spent = 3 Reward Point*
*Exclude the value of any ongoing promotions. Reward Points will be credited upon successful payments at participating restaurants
Is there any minimum Reward Points for redemption?
The Reward Points redemptions are fixed at the value of RM10, RM20, RM50 & RM100 for a single transaction only.
How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance by logging in to The Table by Isetan App and clicking on ‘Membership* to view your current points status.
How do I upgrade my membership tier?
To upgrade your membership tier, you must achieve the minimum Dining Points assigned for the tier above. Dining Points can be earned when you dine in and spend at either one of our restaurants.

How can I maintain my tier status?
You must continue to meet the minimum spend for your tier within 3 months from your last transaction.
*In the event you do not meet the minimum required, your membership tiers will be adjusted to reflect your current points status.
When does my tier get downgraded?
Your membership tier will be downgraded if no spending or redemption has been made within 3 months following the last transaction activity.
Rest assured, you can regain your tier status by accumulating the minimum points earned within the validity period.
Can I return Rewards that I have redeemed?
Unfortunately, rewards redeemed may not be returned or exchanged in the form of points, cash, gift cards, or gift certificate & others.

Your personal information is kept secure and confidential during the entire membership. Please refer to our Privacy Policy under “About Isetan Membership App”.

– The Table by Isetan membership app is open to all Malaysian & Non-Malaysians aged 18 above, with a mobile phone number registered in Malaysia.
– Each membership should be linked with one single registered mobile phone number only.
– All redemptions of Reward Points (RP), Rewards, Rebate, Gifts and Sample etc. (if any) can only be carried out by a valid The Table by Isetan Member only at participating restaurants via the designated POS terminal.
– Isetan of Japan Sdn Bhd collects, processes and uses member’s personal data for marketing and others purposes.
– Isetan of Japan Sdn Bhd’s practice relating to the collection, processing and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. If Members do not consent to the terms of the Privacy, and wish to make changes to the personal data, please follow the instructions set out in the Privacy Policy.
– Continued participation in The Table by Isetan membership programme will be deemed consented to the collection, processing and use of members’ personal data as per the Privacy Policy.
– The Table by Isetan Members would be rewarded Dining Points (DP – for membership tier calculation) And Rewards points (RP- for rebate / rewards purpose) when they spend at participating restaurants at 4f The Table, ISETAN The Japan Store@ Lot 10 and 3F The Table, Isetan The Gardens.
– Reward Points (RP) earned would be rewarded based on the Membership tier status as stipulated in the Member’s Tier Rewards Table.
– The Reward Points (RP) are valid for 3 months (90 days) Only based on last earning points transaction.
– The Reward Points (RP) / Voucher / Reward redemption is allowed once per transaction only.
– All Reward Points (RP) redemption are valid at participating restaurants in 4F The Table, ISETAN The Japan Store @ Lot 10 and 3F The Table, Isetan The Gardens.
– The Reward Points (RP) redemption / rebate / rewards are valid for use until the date specified and subject to terms and conditions therein. The lapsed Dinning Points (DP) / rebate / rewards will not be replaced.
– In case where the Reward Points Redemption amount is used for a value less than the value of the total spending, the Member is required to pay the outstanding in other payment methods.
– Isetan of Japan Sdn Bhd reserves the right to adjust the Reward Points (DP) required for redemption of amount value as well as substituting or replacing any Rewards with others of appropriate equivalent value without prior notice.
– Isetan of Japan Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse the redemption of any Reward Points (RP) /Rewards or recall the redeemed item if Isetan of Japan Sdn Bhd has any reason to suspect that the Reward Points (RP) were fraudulently accumulated by Member or recorded in error.
– Isetan of Japan Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any death or injury or consequential loss or damage of any nature arising from the redemption of the Reward Points (RP) / Rewards or the loss, theft or destruction of the Dining Points (DP) /Rewards.
