MERCHANDISE VALUE AND LIABILITIES

The company reserves the right not to deliver orders with incomplete shipping addresses.

The company reserves the right to withhold any delivery charges if the merchandises are rejected at delivery. Delivery must be accepted or rejected as a whole (all items), not by single item/good.

In the event that no one is at home at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt within the next 1 - 3 working days. You may also refer to the Order Tracking for the status of your package.

As soon as your items are authenticated, we’ll ship them out to you and send you a link to track your package.

Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia: 2-3 working days.

Delivery within Sabah & Sarawak: Up to 14 working days.

Delivery Charges: Based on weight of the good(s) & distance. 
- Free Shipping: Available for purchases above RM350.

- Orders received after 5pm will be processed on the next working day.
