IMC INFORMATION

Points Accumulation

1.

Isetan Members Card & Isetan Platinum Members are point accumulations cards. Members can earn points for purchases made at any Isetan Departmental Store and Isetan The Japan Store including Foodmarket.

2.

Present the IPC / IMC card to the cashier before payment is made to start accumulating points.

3.

Points will accumulate on the same day of purchase. Backdated receipts are not valid for point accumulation and any request will not be approved.

  • Normal Priced items
    One point will be awarded for every RM1 spent
    (excluding TAX)
  • Value Buys & Discounted Items
    One point will be awarded for every RM10 spent
    (excluding TAX)

4.

Points Accumulation Periods

There are 2 promotion periods in year, each for duration of 6 months.

Redemption of Rebate Voucher

Please present your Identity Card and IMC or IPC card upon redemption. Any rebate voucher not redeemed within a specified period will be forfeited.

Redemption of Rebate Voucher is limited to the Main Card holder.

Customer will receive notification via SMS, Email, or Isetan E-Newsletter and In Store Posters. The updated purchase points are shown in Customer’s purchase receipt.

Point Accumulation Exceptions
  • Not valid for the following counters : Chocolate, Cake, Bakery, Laundry and Delivery Service.
  • The following items are not entitled for Points Accumulation: Purchase of Isetan Gift Voucher and Promotion Voucher.
  • Payment modes that are not entitled for Points Accumulations: Rebate Voucher, Cosmetic & Fragrance Promotion Voucher, Promotion Coupon and Parking Rebate Voucher.

Lost Card / Change Status / Cancellation

1.

Lost & Damaged Card

    • A replacement fee of RM5 will levied for each lost or damaged card. RM10 will be charged for switching out of the Go Green membership.
      *Fee excluding tax

2.

Change of Status

    • There will be no refund for Regular Members who switched to Go Green after the membership fees had been paid.
    • Application for must be made in person at the Customer Service Counter at any Isetan Stores.
    • Members must be at least 16 years and above.

 

3.

Cancellation of Card

There is no refund policy for cancellation of the membership fee once paid.
