City Cellar KLCC Soft Launch: A Celebration of Culinary and Beverage Excellence
On the 26th and 27th of January 2024, City Cellar KLCC is set to host a remarkable soft launch event, marking the beginning of an exciting culinary journey. The event is meticulously planned with a range of activities to engage and delight VIPs, guests, and the public.
Day 1: January 26, Friday
The festivities kick off at 2 pm with the arrival of VIPs and guests, who will be greeted with a welcome drink featuring Hoegaarden Beer and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. The highlight of the day is the traditional Kagami Biraki ceremony at the entrance, conducted by Mr. KC Yeow and Datuk Kenneth Soh, accompanied by top management representatives from Isetan, including Asako San, and City Cellar, represented by Sean Soh and Chris Chang.
Emcees KC Yum and Chiharu San will extend a warm welcome to the VIPs and guests, leading to speeches by Sean Soh and Mr. KC Yeow. The ceremonial ribbon-cutting follows, with Datuk Kenneth, Sean Soh, KC Yeow, Asako San, Chris Chang, and June Chang taking part. A group photo captures the memorable moment.
At 4 pm, guests will be treated to light foods, including sushi and canapes, served with an assortment of beverages, such as sake, wines, and Campari cocktails.
Day 2: January 27, Saturday
The second day of the soft launch promises an immersive experience for attendees.
Wine tasting for selected beverages set the tone for the day.
2 pm: Renowned wine sommelier Ryan Tiu conducts a wine master class, providing insights into the world of wines.
3 pm: Sake enthusiasts are in for a treat with a sake master class by Chiharu Yabe, an expert sake sommelier.
